with a passion for entertaining. She has a deep knowledge of
cuisine and creates seasonally inspired menus and recipes.
She plans from the ‘big picture’ to minutia of every event.
The artistic presentation of food is her signature expression.

Cynthia Olson founded Never Enough Thyme in 1994,
located at 50th and Bryant in Minneapolis.
By 1999 Never Enough Thyme had out-grown the small storefront on Bryant Avenue,
so they purchased a commercial kitchen on Nicollet Avenue and 43rd Street.
In 2001 Cynthia opened the N E Thyme Café across the street
from the catering kitchen, which was open through 2005.
From 2005-2007 Cynthia also ran Goodness Gracious,
her cooking school in Wayzata.
Cynthia eventually sold the Nicollet Avenue kitchen and
relocated Never Enough Thyme to 8005 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park.
